Why am I not seeing wholesale prices?
Our store is configured for both B2B and consumer retail sales, you will have different accounts in your online store to access your B2B features.
How can I create a new contact?
If you need to create a new B2B contact this must be through the system and you must login. From here, you can view the company and location information in your account, see wholesale price lists, and place and review your B2B orders.
I can’t login when I used to be able to login previously?
Please contact our Sales team and they will be able to provide you with documentation to create and/or update your account. You can contact them on USAsales@steadyrack.com
What happens if I don’t have an account but would like B2B pricing?
Please contact our sales team on USAsales@steadyrack.com and they will be able to assist.
