At Steadyrack, we love to hear all the stories from our community about how our racks have made bike storage a breeze. This month, we spoke to Walter Scott, a dedicated cyclist from Ohio, United States, who has being cycling since 2009. 

Walter's cycling adventures are nothing short of impressive. Participating in the Ride Across Indiana, Walter rode the 160-mile one way journey in just 12 hours, making this event one of his most thrilling rides. But it doesn't stop there! Another highlight was the Hotter N Hell 100 event, which entailed 11 miles on a mountain bike, 100 miles by road bike, and a half marathon, all completed over one intense weekend. Alongside 8,000 other rides, Walter can recall the event commencing with a blast of a cannon and a flyby of the U.S Air Force. 

Walter also enjoys participating in various large cycling events across the US and Canada. He has been a part of the Hotter N Hell 100 six times, Bike MS Pedal to the Point 15 times, a number of Gran Fondo events across the North American region, the New York Five Boro Tour, and many more. Walter's dedication to cycling is unmatched!

With three bikes in the household, Walter uses Steadyrack to store his bikes in his garage. His favourite feature is the ease of using Steadyrack, specifically stating that storing his bike has never been easier with no heavy lifting required and the garage is perfectly organized.
