We ship our bike racks right across the globe, to homes and businesses far and wide.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options will be displayed at checkout. If you are eligible for free shipping, please select this option.

If your racks are In Stock they will generally be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouses.

Please Note: Shipping times are only estimates. Please take into account courier operating days, public holidays, delivery parameters and the remoteness of your location. Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO boxes or parcel collect facilities.

Pre-orders

We may open up pre-orders for our racks in various regions from time to time if our racks are out of stock. This enables you to secure your rack on our next available shipment. An estimated dispatch time may be shown on the product page if available. If no time frame is shown we generally expect to be back in stock within 2-4 weeks.

If the rack you purchase is on pre-order it will be shipped to you once it is back in stock in our warehouse. You will automatically receive shipping and tracking information once the stock is available in our warehouse and your delivery has been booked.

In some cases where you have ordered various rack types we may split your shipping as each rack becomes available.

Payment Methods

Steadyrack accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Paypal and Afterpay as it’s methods of payment. If you are experiencing difficulties processing your payment using your credit card due to international payment restrictions by your bank, please select the Paypal option, and use the Credit Card option before login.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your Steadyrack product, it may be returned to us provided it meets the following criteria:

  • It is in a resalable condition (e.g – in the same condition in which you received it with no damage to the box or packaging)
  • It is within 30 days of receiving the product
  • It was purchased from this website (steadyrack.com)
  • We have been notified of the return beforehand and provided you with a return address

Once we have received the Steadyrack(s) we will refund your purchase minus a 10% restocking fee if it meets the above criteria.
